t Aurora Moda, we always do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if an item does not meet expectations, a return can be requested under the conditions outlined below.
Please read this Return Policy carefully before proceeding.

Conditions for Making a Return
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

A return can only be requested after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international or customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags still attached.

Trying on the item is allowed, but wearing it is not.

Orders with multiple sizes purchased with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted for return.

Items showing signs of use, odours, or damage will not be accepted.

Return Procedure
To request a return, follow these steps:

Send a return request to: info@aurora-moda.it within 14 days of receiving the item.

After approval, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).

Ship the item at your own expense, including any customs or transport fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace).

Without tracking, we cannot guarantee shipment verification.

Refund
Once the item is received at our return centre and its condition is verified:

The refund will be processed within 14 days.

The refund will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return does not meet the conditions, the item will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.

Customer Responsibility
Aurora Moda is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
The shipping address entered at the time of the order is the responsibility of the customer.
Any errors in the address must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order.
If an error is not reported within the given timeframe, no changes or refund requests can be made for undelivered packages.
